      Pros

      -some of the people in the department are nice. -various opportunities for Cerner or additional education and certifications within IS department.

      Cons

      -promotions have been held off on for over 2 years and don't appear to be coming any time soon. -lots of departmental reorg which is leading to many key losses within the department -work/life balance is hard.

      Pros

      Nurses are very team oriented and helpful A very teaching based hospital. Everyone is eager to help out and teach when needed. A lot of overtime opportunities

      Cons

      The hospital cares more about saving money than it does patient care. Does not have updated facilities and a lot of the equipment doesn't work or is years behind.

      Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say.

      Cons

      Everything. Management is terrible and will stab you in the back. They don’t care about employees. You work short staffed all the time. None of the equipment works. Hospital is always dirty.
