I enjoy giving excellent patient care. Camc makes this a challenge because of greed and focus on the wrong things.

Cons

Low pay No incentives. A lot of higher up camc employees bashing coworkers. Dirty administration who abuse chain of command. Nurse managers who pick favorites and tell the entire unit. Nurse managers who never reprimand the employees who cause the most problems and complain endlessly. Older nursing staff who favors older nurses and these nurses are never made to make new changes. Memorial only advertises their physicians and undermines nursing staff. Nurses take a lot of heat especially for surgeons who can’t keep up with schedule.
