I work with a great team, and lucky to have good management for my unit.

Cons

The people at the top do not seem to care very much about the people working for them. Pay and benefits are behind other hospitals in the area. Employees are expected to park away from the hospital and cross 4 lanes of busy traffic with no formal safe crosswalk to get to work.
