Flexibility in the Lab. Amazing equipment, one of the first with the new Beckman. Automation line. Lots of unique testing other hospital labs don't use.

Cons

Days is the favorite shift, of course. Doesn't really seem like management takes input from the other shifts to improve 2/3s of the labs running time.
