Cons

Work Life Balance is somewhat difficult int he position as a NP/PA. Trying to obtain RVUs and see patients is quite challenging

Many opportunities for growth as a professional. Teamwork. The EHR, Cerner, is awesome. It needs some tweaking but don't they all. Free employee parking. Starbucks on site. Cafeteria options are fantastic.

Cons

Management heavy. Seems like there could be a better Employee Health process.
