Great work environment. Flexible hours. Interesting project work and valuable real world experience. Good health insurance benefits. Steady business outlook.

Cons

Young organization with limited senior leadership. Vast majority of Project work is limited to just a single industry - lack of diversification. Limited growth opportunities.

* Only place I've ever felt challenged * It's a place where people want to come to work * I've learned software design principals that are not in any book or on the web * Annual paid golf tournament, the CAPSHER nerd scramble * Highest density of great programmers I've every worked with

* While there is unlimited opportunity, it isn't structured. It must be sought out.
