Pros

Good benefits, good learning environment, good first job, good social events(when it’s not a pandemic). Management holds AMAs

Cons

Expected to adapt very quickly to new teams or projects with very little transition help. Expected to transition to another team at any time. The company lacks people of color. The senior management is mostly comprised of white males. Capsher looks for culture fits. Salary is low compared to industry average. No diversity training.

Pros

Little deadline pressure, fairly flexible hours, company events were fun pre-covid.

Cons

If they ever start hiring again, I would avoid them. Salary is tens of thousands of dollars under industry average. PTO wasn't competitive either. Personally I did not feel respected or valued at the company, but that's more anecdotal than anything.
