- Very family friendly - Benefits are exceptional: salary + healthcare + other benefits + social events - Options to work part-time in school and then transition to full-time - The owners are very generous and invest in their employees - Employees from top to bottom want to be at work and help CAPSHER be successful - CAPSHER cares about its employees and work / life balance - Work in small team environments and get to know your team - Work needed varies from project to project giving opportunities for growth - CAPSHER focuses on creating a positive work environment - You will be challenged, but not set up to fail, if you have questions just ask
