Pros

The staff and ability to make life-long friendships. CARCHEX is a place that allows you to grow and always has your success at heart. Baltimore Sun named us top places to work 3 years in a row. Great training program and great commission payouts. Location is a big Pro as well, with a brand new office on the Hunt Valley Ave.

Cons

The only reason why I am writing something here, is purely because there is a 20 word minimum and the Con section has to be filled out
