At CARCHEX we pride ourselves on our in-depth training programs that provide our staff with all the tools needed to be successful on the sales floor. Our training was developed to support newly hired Sales Reps all the way to those Sales Reps who have multiple years of experience. We believe that in addition to the comprehensive training, the continued support and knowledge from our management team and the overall willingness of the Sales Reps to succeed themselves, that our Sales Reps are able to flourish in their career. Allowing a sales floor where there is no cap on earnings has also proven to be a successful tool for our Sales Reps. We encourage our team to put in the extra effort where they see fit to continue to meet their earnings goals with no limit on what they can achieve.
