We would like to address each of your concerns to ensure you know how to gain immediate support as a current employee. First and foremost, we take training our staff extremely seriously. It is our goal to set each team member up for utmost success in their position. We do this not only through initial new hire training, but also continued training sessions and one-on-one coaching sessions with your direct managers. If you feel there are areas within your position as a Customer Service Specialist that you would like more training, we encourage you to contact your direct manager for support. They will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and provide hands-on training as fit. As you stated, the managers at CARCHEX show interest and want you to succeed! The compensation structure for each position within CARCHEX has been carefully reviewed and set based off the position duties and experience level of the Team Member. We strive to not only offer competitive compensation across all positions but also to provide all Team Members the opportunity to achieve their personal financial goals. We continuously review the compensation structure for all positions to be certain we are offering the best opportunities for everyone on the team. Something that we are most proud of is our chance for internal growth. At CARCHEX when business opportunities are available and positions become available, we look internally first to make sure current Team Members are given the first opportunity to progress in their career at CARCHEX. We have invested and continue to invest in state-of-the-art technology to ensure that our team has all the latest tools to be successful. That being said, technology moves fast so we have a dedicated IT Team that is constantly testing and tweaking our technology to ensure we have the best tools available to our Team. Micromanagement A lot of monitoring Feels like it’s unfair pay for the amount of stress involved. It’s a numbers game here get X amount of calls try to sell at least this many with the same script and same rebuttals felt more like a one size fits all approach

It is not our intention to micromanage, however at CARCHEX we pride ourselves in coaching our team when we see room for growth and/or improvement. Consistent coaching and training enables our Vehicle Protection Specialists to be as successful as possible in their role (and as a result maximize their earnings). CARCHEX has been successfully selling vehicle protection plans for over 20 years by focusing on customer experience. While we do have call guides and offer formal training and a CARCHEX University training booklet for support and assistance to maintain consistency, we encourage each Vehicle Protection Specialist to tailor the guidance to their own personal selling style. At CARCHEX we truly believe that each member of our team has endless talent and potential. In hand with the ongoing support from our management team and the plethora of available learning material we believe we set each Vehicle Protection Specialist up for ultimate success. The pay is low, it's a dead end job, management acts slow. Hours aren't good either. You will have to work every Saturday if that's how your schedule is set up.

The Call Transfer Agent position you held is an entry level position, and as such compensation is lower than other positions in the company. Since it is a lower paying position, Call Transfer Agents participate in a weekly bonus program that can add up to 50% more per hour in your base compensation. In addition, the bonus program has added the element of friendly competition and has driven great success for our Agents that strive for excellence and have the ambition to be a leader within their team. Internal growth is also something that CARCHEX prides itself on. When business opportunities are available and positions are either created or become vacant, we are sure to share those opportunities with our internal team to give all interested parties the chance to apply and learn more. We routinely move successful Call Transfer Agents to higher paying (and greater responsibility) positions in customer service, sales and administration. You mentioned that “you will have to work every Saturday if that’s how your schedule is set up”. You are absolutely correct. CARCHEX offers a variety of scheduling options to our Call Transfer team. If an Agent selects a schedule that has Saturday work hours, you are correct in that you will be expected to work the selected schedule to meet your scheduling requirements. However, Agents are encouraged to work with their management team if issues with scheduling occur and a short-term or long-term solution is needed. It is our goal to work with and support our team, not to frustrate them! At CARCHEX we truly believe that everyone has a voice and by listening and effectively working with our team we will continue to evolve and accomplish great things!
