      Pros

      I have been working at Carchex as a sales rep for 2 years and was able to completely change my life. I make over 80k per year and still spent loads of time with my wife and 3 kids. Before Carchex, I was about to get away from sales for the rest of my life. At Carchex, I come in and work in an environment that allows positivity to flourish. The positive environment translates to the customers and, because Carchex has such a strong reputation for paying claims on policies, I am actually helping people with every policy I help get activated. I am not going anywhere for a very long time, if ever!

      Instead of one massage therapy session a week I would love 5.

      Great work/life balance and Carchex is always looking to build towards the future.

      Cons

      Some slow times during the year but that is expected with a sales position. As long as your are putting the effort forward, you will make a great living at Carchex and still have time for your personal life.
