      Pros

      Benefits, near public transportation (light rail is steps away from office), great pay, helpful management, paid training, Company has A+ BBB rating and an amazing reputation, plus they are flexible with your out-of-work needs. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with too. Oh, and they have free yoga classes and Boot camp classes with a personal trainer. They also donate an insane amount to MADD.

      Cons

      Maybe if they had a pool table, a foosball table, and a flat screen TV in the break room...OH WAIT, THEY DO! In that case, I guess there are none.

      Pros

      Today is Wednesday and I'll get a 15 minute back massage in the break room. I just finished my workout and have lost a total of 7 pounds in a month due to our fitness training program during my lunch hour. The fitness training if free as is the yoga classes and the massage is subsidized by CARCHEX. This isn't just a company, this is a family. I've been here for 2 months and get support from everyone in this company. My manager is always willing to help with anything I may need. It's fast paced sales environment where you can make very good money.

      Cons

      there are no cons for working for this company, it really is a great place to spend the majority of my day.
