I later discovered that some non-minority employees were hired for lower-level roles but received salaries approximately $15K higher—despite having less senior positions. After three years, I was let go without any warning in my file or notice due to 'budget cuts,' while the company simultaneously continued to expand, aggressively hire, and promote non-minority employees.
