Collaboration with departments is great. There are lots of policies that encourage and reward people for doing their best. I feel like everyone’s effort is really recognized.

I love working at CBE! I enjoy my coworkers and my analytical work. The people here really make it worth it and the Fun Committee puts on different activities to eat or hang out. The facilities at the CF branch are nice and it’s next to a lake trail for a quick walk break. They were very accommodating towards me especially during covid. I didn’t work well from home and as early as Oct 2020 they arranged things so I could come in as much as I wanted. I feel I am compensated pretty well and have good managers. The executive team regularly communicates to the company their vision and goals and how we’re tracking which shows accountability. It’s great here, probably why I have been for 15+ years!

Cons

Third party collections can be a very competitive industry with thin profit margins but mgmt balances it well. The health benefits package is okay and they try to improve it or at least reduce premium hikes.
