There are none that come to mind. The branch where I was employed was acquired simply for the client base. They closed the office roughly one year after the acquisition.

Cons

Poor communication company wide. Executive management failed to listen to sound advice provided by the management team of the company they acquired.

Pros

The company culture is fairly relaxed and the people are generally nice. You can wear jeans if you pay a small percentage of your checks to charity which is nice.

Cons

The pay isn't on par with a lot of companies and neither are the benefits. Along with this they are beginning to grow overseas.
