if you loved getter getting screwed at every angle apply here the customer are mean to the commission sucks so much they pay more for a different job hr is a living nightmare they ask for docs excuse amd then they give you points for it

Cons

hippa violation so many as well as being signed up for stuff by hr that you never signed up for the supervision are absolutely awful when they have this one employee that has been reported for saying mean stuff to coworkers but they let her keep her job .

Nice office building, if you are exceptional at what you do you can make an okay income. They sometimes have contests, drawings, incentives, etc.

Cons

Missing work for almost any reason is a quick way out the door. I saw many single moms and people that were ill get fired often. If you work a government contract + have to take their medical insurance you will lose around $4.00 per hour + paying the premiums. This factor was the beginning of the end for me. Also, constant review of personal statistics and how you square up with your co-workers. Finally, the nature of the job, debt collection, can be very stressful.

None, this is a soul crushing job. Are you seriously looking to apply, RUN!

Cons

You'll be clicking a dial button like 6,000 times a day to avoid Auto-Dialer usage, this will be tracked. You'll be pushed to distrust the person on the other end of the phone. If your transgender they will probably cause trouble may dig up your deadname, possibly try forcing you to use it like they did me...
