Pros

Ability to work from home and I enjoyed the online and offline work for variety. The work was mostly easy as long as you are a self learner.

Cons

Metrics are designed to double punish and make it easy for management to get rid of people who call them out on their highly questionable business practices. Your pay, schedule and ability to move up are extremely limited. Training is almost non-existent and the company will fight tooth and nail to convince you their technical issues are your fault and NOT pay you.
