Management likes to emphasize growth, but fail to actually acknowledge the job that you do.

Pros

Coworkers are incredible leaders, and go out of their way to teach you. I have learned an incredible amount thanks to these three people. I wish I could recognize them here, but I am unsure on the policy regarding this.

Cons

Awful pay for the work that is done. Management is disconnected from its employees. Mistakes tend to be the only things that they will recognize.

The pay was alright but if you worked both weekends it was good. The coworkers were all great and friendly and helpful too.

Cons

The metrics they require you to meet usually cause most people to get fired between 3 months to 1 1/2 years.
