Great Co workers, flexible scheduling, bonuses for those who show up and work hard and grow will make decent commission,management works hard to keep the environment fun and are generally great people

Cons

Constantly changing moving desks, changing approach to speaking with consumers, changing what you are allowed to say, changing commission structure and goals, no raises ever-sometumes fringe will Flex up or down 50 cents/hr - horribly overpriced health insurance $600/month for 2 married adults

middle management was great. They took the time to assure that people had the resources needed to be effective. They genuine in the their concern of the subordinates.

Cons

Upper management was very disconnected from the site that I worked for. They imposed policy and changes commisions that affected work and morale causing an uphill battle for middle management retaining employees
