      Overall, a good place to work but needs some tweaks to not be behind the times and compete with competitors

      Great people to work with and overall good leadership.

      Cons

      Pay in HR isn't very competitive. My annual raise was disappointing and I don't see them going beyond the annual 3% average. There are rumblings about return to office. So far a major perk of the role is WFH but if we are called back into the office, that will change things. Doesn't recognize MLK and Juneteenth as paid holidays. Benefits and PTO are average. High job expectations with mediocre pay.
