      Bad culture. People only focus on getting work done. They are not willing to train you. They don’t care about your growth.

      Keep away unless you like the white bro culture

      Will gain experience and for the most part good associate-colleagues.

      Cons

      The training is poor at best. They expect their associates to know everything everywhere, all at once. There is no wiggle room. There is also something wrong with a system that charges very little to their clients and when they are not making top profits, they end up firing associates. On top of that, you get the white bro mentality, and it’s depressingly isolating if you don’t or can’t join in.
