The workload and expectations can be overwhelming, and the communication style from leadership and some colleagues can feel intense and sometimes discouraging. While there are opportunities to learn, the environment at times lacks support and balance, making it difficult to feel fully valued or motivated.

Management has favorites and they make that very clear, there’s office gossip, politics, bullying and backstabbing. Management has poor communication and just blames you for stuff that you do wrong even though nothing is properly communicated. They say they’re open for any questions, but then get frustrated when you ask questions. Their expectations are unreasonably high while also undefined and unclear.
