      Loaded question & nothing comes to mind

      Cons

      Possibly worst management in the industry. Condescending & rude manager/directors. Micromanaging & old school expectations. The turnover rate of staff is outrageously high compared to any other firm. Zero growth in the department anyways. Staff hasn’t even moved positions since before COVID.

      Pros

      You like doing tax work as an auditor and potentially broadening your horizons to do work you never planned on doing.

      Cons

      If you want to be an auditor here, apply for another firm. You're stuck with 2+ seasons per year due to being forced into tax work. Managers take up most of the audit engagements, and stifle the professional growth of aspiring audit associates. Furthermore, there are ethical and moral shortcomings with a particular administrative assistant. Bonuses are almost existent until you're a manager, and if you don't fall under that you'd get a taxed $500 "modest" holiday bonus along with holiday gift cards that are taken out of our bi-weekly wages.

      Cons

      Field service technicians get hung out to dry. You have no physical contact with your employer after training. Plenty of other jobs out there that are better options. You will always be on call here driving up to 2 hours away for a call. All the equipment you will install gets shipped to you house/apartment including heavy printers etc.
