      Friendly coworkers and decent benefits

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance, expected to work long hours and most weekends. To make up for lost productivity after COVID layoffs our group extended WFH hours and tried to spin it by telling us that we'd typically be spending that time commuting. IT is also severely lacking for a firm this size. Limited growth opportunities.
