1). Growing practice 2). Ambitious management.
Cons
1). Company is not diversifying practice in relevant areas of cyber. Spending more time on SOX which is no longer the most relevant area of the IT world. 2). Pay is terrible. 15-20% below market. No starting bonuses. 3). New employees not eligible for benefits on first day 4). Non-existent on-boarding 5). No commitment to training Go to big 4 or competitor. Terrible pay and practically no bonus. Not worth the time and effort.
