      Pros

      Good learning experience for individuals wanting to work in the field, good for hands on learners. Managers work with employees, are very flexible and company provides good benefits.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive, no incentives or bonuses with monthly goals. Raises are bare minimum. Opportunity to grow within the company depends on directors, not upper management. Co-workers who have same job title have different responsibilities, some have more some have less, still same pay.

      Pros

      Regular free snacks. Great benefits. Company cultures differ from office to office - LA office has great staff.

      Cons

      Bad communications. Don't care about employee's well-being. If you've done something good, they don't compliment. If you've done something wrong, they send you to HR right away with no second chance.
