Pros
Great co-workers and company is really good about periodically showing employee appreciation. Work space is nice. Good benefits.
Cons
Some management tends to micro manage, to move up it's who you know in the company (not your knowledge or talent). Some management are rude/sometimes harassing to employees regardless of what area they work in. Compensation does not match industry - lower.
