      Pros

      Great people and culture. Constant updates in software have you learning constantly so that one is not out of touch with the current market. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little higher compared to market standard and their training module needs a lot of refining. Many times newly implemented ideas are thrown at you last second and you have to fly by the seat of your pants to learn whole new system/processes while maintaining the same workload.

      Pros

      Firm on the upward swing. The office has hired some very talented staff who have a hunger for continuous growth and knowledge. I've been with the firm a little over two years and what a change in attitude. The team culture is truly what what's sets these new staff and management apart from those there when I started. I enjoy the flexibility and the challenging work. Communication is far better than it was two years ago. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Branding. This is not a local offices fault but something national needs to work on.
