      Majority of people in the office are lovely to work with and make the office environment a pleasure. sophisticated client base partners are genuine and knowledgeable individuals parking included

      Lacking work life balance Experienced people are leaving and being replaced with staff and interns or bad hires employee morale is being affected by bad hires / employees feel unappreciated sophisticated client base is dwindling due to bad hires

      Pros

      Good group of local folks. Good ethical practices.

      Cons

      Don't keep up with the times (or area) for compensation, work/life balance, and general corporate direction. Overly concerned with the profit/loss statements and budgets, so as to be short sighted about smart business decisions.

      Pros

      Easy access to management, client base is mid-sized so exposure is extensive.

      Cons

      lack of a career path, lack of standardized evaluations, poor salary/benefits, poor culture, work life balance is not a priority. Management is "forced" to advocate for it, but they do not practice what they preach. What are the benefits of having an accounting firm with an Alternative Structure? There is no long term equity incentive for your employees!
