      HCM Sales-Avoid this Position- Great Company-Terrible Division

      Pros

      UKG Workforce Ready platform which is great. CBIZ has a multitude of great services to offer in benefits and financial services

      Cons

      HCM Division President is totally incompetent. Running a ship with zero guidance or perspective. Only has CBIZ HCM experience and unwilling to listen to those that know the industry. In addition, there are only about 4 reps and once manger they care about. I had a supervisor that last sold payroll/hcm 20 years ago....to small market at ADP. Did little to nothing for anyone as far as development. Zero help in marketing too.

      There are a lot of people in the office, and most of them are nice and willing to help when you ask questions

      Cons

      The recruiter's lack basic knowledge and show no willingness to learn or improve. They keep preaching “diversity is key to success,” but in reality, there's no diversity at all. The management insists we work from the office “to collaborate and ask questions,” but ironically, trainers work from home and only respond through Teams calls. There’s no real mentorship, no feedback on your work good or bad. You’re left guessing how you’re performing
