      Pros

      Middle management that I work with works really hard, isnt afraid to get into the fray and get the work done. You do feel like everyone is in it together. I believe they really care about the Professional Staff and training the future workforce If you want a work life balance they will accommodate you.

      Cons

      After 1 year into the merger we are still very divided. Morale is much lower than it was pre-merger and AI is being used to justify thinning of the ranks. It really feels like Sales and growth is in the forefront. If you do not work as one of the "Professional Staff" bonus' and recognition is minimal if at all. Promotions are non existent and Pay raises are simply 3% or less.
