      Pros

      Standard mid-market firm. People generally are friendly enough. Certainly not the worst firm I've worked at.

      Cons

      Disorganized go-to-market strategy, lack of brand cohesion, mediocre pay and benefits, poor back office support. Alternative practice structure makes billing and cross-selling between service lines an enormous chore. Some managing directors can be territorial and unwilling to collaborate.
