Micromanaging is so damaging at CBIZ. One time I left a reception door open so I could retrieve a heavy package. Someone decided to close the door on me and then scold me later for leaving it open for two seconds. I was then spoken to and written up for it. The next day I saw the same employee doing what I did and when I confronted them they told me to go screw. I complained to HR and my managing director to which they told me what's done is done nothing I could do about it.
