      Remote work only 1 day per week in office.

      Incomplete SOPs and the person training me had never trained, she acted like a substitute teacher grading papers with a red pen. No guidance or assistance on the one thing I struggled with. When I asked her to ask me questions rather than just using a highlighter to mark issues and she basically refused. When I asked her to complete the SOPs before leaving for maternity leave, she said she didnt have time.
