Pros

Remote work, solid only work in my hours and will not be going over.

Cons

The pay is the worst I have ever experienced. This job nearly put me out of my home. Was told for months more pay was coming and it never did. Also has a minor cold and was FORCED to take time off cause I could be positive for Covid.....I WORK FROM HOME!! I never once have stepped foot inside an office. Also this is boomer territory. If you are a young professional stick to their internships, take the experience and run! Also you will never move up from your current position unless you are lucky! there is no I have more experience let me take on more. It is just like picking from a hat.

Pros

Work from home, Ability to work from basically everywhere is nice. If you show promise, you'll be rewarded. Taking PTO is pretty flexible. Month to Month work is fairly consistent, so it is easy to prepare. People are friendly. You will learn a lot quickly.

Cons

The overall experience will vastly depend on your manager and team. Training leaves a lot to be desired. Work-life balance is not balanced. Very high turnover numbers, which causes the remaining people to take on the work of the former employee long term or more often, permanently. Burnout is very common. Many times, people are so busy as, they aren't able to help when you need it.

Pros

The pay is good for what you’ll be doing.

Cons

When managing a union crew that works directly for the client, upper admin will not support you against your own crew. They will side with the crew in order to maintain a contract. If you take the job, make sure you let your crew do whatever they want as long as work is getting done. You’re not really a supervisor, more so a babysitter who can’t do anything if your crew goes missing for hours a day.
