Business Outlook
Pros
Well run organization with clear cut job responsibilities and expectations. The organization and work flow processes were well defined and effective. Enjoyable company to work for. I only left because I got a crazy job offer with a 50% raise, but that job has turned into an absolute headache and I wonder if I would have been better off staying.
Cons
Working on one of their larger accounts, the standards they set were higher and more rigid than the Client. It wasn't bad, but it was frustrating dealing with other members of the Client Team/other contractors and almost dumb down what we were doing.
