      Pros

      Very nice building. People are very friendly and professional.

      Cons

      If CBRE finds out you have inherited any type of heath issues that require constant medication for the rest of your life, your job is in danger, even if you still report to work. They remind me of the movie Gattaca. People will come to work terribly ill and the cycle of sickness will makes it's rounds multiple times due to people in fear of losing their job. People with underlying symptoms get hit the hardest and need to miss and end of losing their job. Employees seem to get terminated abruptly with no warning of lay offs.

      Division in Memphis is very unstable.

      The mgmt. does not keep everyone informed as to what is going on. There is a lot of negativity in the Memphis office and people are afraid they will be fired on a daily basis.

      Benefits - horrible Management - lacks vision; incompetent; does not support employees; UNETHICAL Culture/environment - Does not care about employees; too appeasing to the field (depending on who you are) so lacks standard processes Workload - Overworked Lack of Training No career advancement CBRE caters to brokers. If you are not in brokerage, you mean nothing to them. This is the company culture. If you are not willing to shut up, do whatever you are told and kiss butt, you will not be able make it. Several people in the department are trying to leave or have left this toxic environment for good reasons. Not a good place to work.
