      Pros

      great experience, learned a whole lot as far as property/project management is concerned. great co workers. no boss in office (always a plus)

      Cons

      I was laid off along with several others out of no where. there was a horrible severance package. wish it lasted longer. no warning of the lay off.

      too much focus on upper management, not enough focus on team work and assisting middle management

      Pros

      Great potential to grow with the company, and learn new skills. PTO and holidays are comparable to most companies. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Upper management is focused on doing as little work as possible, while leaving middle management to fend for themselves. If you ask for assistance with something, rarely is it actually given. Upper management is so worried about their own backs that they link up together and basically make it impossible to ever get a resolution on issues you're having with them. Instead, they look at middle management as "disposable" and the place is basically a revolving door. It's true, what they say, the higher you get the less work you do.

      Pros

      Extremely flexible work environment that is geared towards results and not necessarily punching the clock. Creativity and forward thinking is rewarded.

      Cons

      Technology is an issue and has been over the last 10 years. For a global leader CBRE is well behind the curve in providing a technology package for their employees that can be utilized in servicing the clients.
