      Good pay but no opportunity to move off of client site

      Pros

      If you worked hard, you were always allowed to take time off. Firm yet fair. If client allowed and paid for it, personal development was encouraged.

      Cons

      Working at a client site made it seem like you were more of an employee of the client than of CBRE. If another client site was not hiring, then it was impossible to get off the account While under contract to the client, there was no expectation of being retained

      Steady paycheck, no career development

      Pros

      If you're looking for a steady income it's a good job. If come to work on time and don't mind doing the same thing everyday then this is the place to be. Managers won't challenge you and your everyone was nice.

      Cons

      No career development or progression. They don't invest in training, engagement or career development for shared services staff.
