      Pros

      Largest in the industry - globally. Has many new processes, programs and tutorials to offer that benefit the outsourced FM market clients. Manny best practice procedures that integret well over several product/services lines. Ethical, transparent, communicates well with employees.

      Cons

      Not as much training, coaching, personal career opportunities to advance as I'd like to see. May be so large they lose connections with employees. May just focus on upper management development rather than the lower ranks.

      High Turnover in Staffing for a Reason and Not Getting Any Better

      Decent pay; Work from home program; Nice offices; onsite Café with discount.

      Cons

      -Management unethical and lacks vision; incompetent; Very poor communication in the dept -Discriminatory practices commonplace -Highly political environment; Very cliquish -Antiquated systems -Pay WAY below market -Many members of mgmt treat employees w/open disrespect -Lip service to employee appreciation Workload - Overworked-Extremely, unrealistically long hours with no relief Lack of Training No career advancement Company culture/work environment - Very Stressful and political. If you are not willing to shut up, do whatever you are told and kiss butt, you will not be able make it. Several people in the department are trying to leave or have left this toxic environment for good reasons. Not a good place to work.
