Business Outlook
Pros
-Excellent coworkers who look out for each other. -Freedom to take vacations (unlike stereotypical Japanese companies) -Holds high ethical standards and maintains compliance.
Cons
-The job loses its luster after the first year, and pay raises and bonuses are scant. -Because I was outsourced to a client, I felt very little support from HQ. -No unity between the objectives of senior management and staff workers. -No rewards despite maintaining excellent relationship with clients.
