      Pros

      Taxi home if working late, salary always paid on time, good exposure, clean work environment, laptop provided, desk provided, on-site gym. Good culture; no theft among employees, staff are friendly and helpful. Many meeting rooms to handle multiple clients.

      Cons

      Most things concerning salary are at the discretion of the management; promotions are rare; bonuses are not uniform and are again at the discretion of the employer; education support is limited to special certificates (ACCA and CPA); for lower cadre jobs, medical is limited per year (no dental cover, no dependants); no staff loans except as agreed upon by management; there are no female partners or directors - managers only.
