      Pros

      CBRE does offer fairly flexible schedules depending on your team and department. They have a lot of holidays and benefits that are fairly good.

      Cons

      CBRE underpays their employees accross the board by about 35% compared to other companies. They have yard games instead of giving employees a raise. Career advancement is minimal at best, unless you know the right people or are related to the right people. It does not matter how hard you work or what you know, if you do not get in with the right group you will not go anywhere.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, straightforward about job responsibilities and future outlook for career advancement. Hard workers only here, laziness will noticed and extinguished very quickly. Good work is noticed and recognized both in compensation and verbal(sometimes at an awards party). Overall if you have a career you enjoy doing and you do it well, you will succeed here.

      genuine effort is made for training, management was always willing to listen to suggestions comments and criticism whether positive or negative, good salary increases

      Cons

      operating engineers are contract positions and are affected not only be CBRE's position in the market but also the host, our customers
