      -Great learning opportunities -Exposure to a lot of different industries -11 paid holidays -Great networking opportunities -Good work/ life balance

      Cons

      -Financial compensation doesn't align with workload -Salaries are not based on performance and instead are only based on title which hurts the hard working, good employees, and rewards the average or lack luster employees

      Pros

      Stable work environment, company is growing.

      Cons

      Management has no consideration for employees workload or stress level. I have five business critical projects, am working 80+ hours a week,, and then my manager tells me the annual self evaluation is due in two days. No warning - just you have two days. No understanding of what else I have to do. I am seriously thinking of resining because of this.

      Pros

      Some very good people there but as the company as gotten bigger it has loss its since of family and employees are no longer important, though they preach otherwise. The walk does not match the talk. Glad I am no longer there.

      Cons

      Job was eliminated four times and I got tired of the roller coaster. Employees are not important and subject to the whims of fickle customers. Employees often treated poorly by client and then CBRE compounds by wondering what is wrong with the employees (as the problem can not be with the client). Senior management knows they have an issue with a senior manager but refuse to do anything about it.
