      lots of opportunity for advancement. Continual education dealing with the biggest of all the clients. good over view of the process

      Cons

      to much red tape. it will frustrate and slow down the work process. destroys trust and relationships. environment can become toxic.

      Former Trammell Crow leaders are still present.

      CBRE does not seem to develop strong change management plans although their strategy has been heavy on acquistions.

      Pros

      The opportunities for exposure to multiple corporate accounts where CBRE contracts services allows the employee to expand on experiences, professional growth, and builds adaptability.

      Cons

      The company is a corporation -- if you want to work for a large corp this review is not applicable -- where employees are another number in the system. The requirements for many processes effecting work satisfaction and professional growth are directed from headquarters which has a cookie-cutter style, with little room to adjust to different team styles.
