      Stupid people less work- smart people more work and salary the same

      Pros

      Nothing good about this place especially when you have managers keeping you the same level so you can do all the preparer work for them if you’re good at it. They won’t move you up.

      Cons

      The stupid people that don’t know how work get away with more leisure and time and less stress. Also, the salary is the same except you get more work. Managers are unfair at allocation of work. They stress some people out more than others.

      Cons

      Terrible management and culture inside CBRE. No care for employers, and the little care shown is because the client (Google) expects that from its vendors. Middle management is usually unqualified and disconnected from employees. No clean line of career development or company culture. Everything revolves around the Client, which happens to show great care for its employees, and the spark difference is clearly visible.
