Stagnated careers lot of times

While the role had strong potential and offered exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the overall experience was impacted by inconsistent leadership, limited communication, and a lack of clear processes. Expectations frequently shifted without clear direction, making it difficult to prioritize effectively and deliver with confidence. There was also minimal structure in place to support onboarding, training, or ongoing development, which contributed to a sense of being under-supported in the role. Cross-functional collaboration could be challenging at times due to misalignment and a lack of streamlined communication channels. While there were opportunities to take on responsibility, greater consistency in leadership, clearer expectations, and more defined processes would significantly improve both employee experience and overall performance.
