Very low pay and didn’t consider its employees during high inflation change after treat us like worker ants and we helped the company peak profits in Billions range. High retention rate due to low pay, no growth/promotion, and bad management. Uses “entry level” title for jobs as an excuse to pay you very low even though the work you do isn’t entry level. Unhealthy work environment “good ol boys club”. If managers mess up it gets overlooked or blamed on lower level person. Wouldn’t recommend working longer than 6 months with the company.
