Pros

The employees are the best part of the company.

Cons

Salary, benefits were reduced, no pay raises, no real bonuses unless you are in sales. The very very little direction there is seems to be really more of a ploy to keep you focused on what is really happening behind the scenes.

Pros

Lunch food is free so thats ok.

Cons

the owner is a narcissist, the president is a sycophant narcissist, and there is this whole side operation for mining bitcoin that seems more important than the storefront operation (computer-based training courses and student learning). The toxicity, employee emotional abuse and bitcoin mining shadiness eventually makes one wonder what the heck is really going on behind the scenes. Take a hard pass on any job offers, no matter how tempting. You know who also loves bitcoin? A lot of dark web criminals who do the unthinkable.

Pros

Bland free food, decent benefits (while you last.)

Cons

Harassment from upper mgmt. makes the place feel creepy and uncomfortable. Zero direction at all, no strategy, just whatever the latest whim of the CEO is. Unbelievably bad place to work, please PLEASE look elsewhere.
